Terms governing the public API service and any separately enabled SENDFU production service.
Access to the public model catalog does not by itself create an inference-access, commercial, service-level, or support commitment. Authenticated inference access, where offered, is subject to a SENDFU-issued credential and the applicable service terms, usage limits, data terms, and commercial arrangement.
Use of the website and public API service
You may use the website and public API service for lawful evaluation and integration review. You may not misuse the service, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Enabled services
Authenticated access exists only when SENDFU has enabled a specific service and issued an applicable credential. Access, model, deployment, data-processing, commercial, and support terms vary by service. Authentication, credentials, rate controls, concurrency, pricing, usage metering, availability, and support are not implied merely by public catalog access.
Controlled Access services
Controlled Access services may be made available to approved partners, reviewers, and eligible enterprise users through separately issued credentials. Such access is governed by the applicable model-specific access, content, data-processing, commercial, and support terms and is distinct from the public API service.
Mature-audience model services
Certain SENDFU-developed models are intended for mature-audience fictional roleplay and creative writing. Access is limited to eligible adults and subject to account approval, age-gating, regional availability controls, and applicable content policy.
SENDFU prohibits content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, and illegal activity. SENDFU may restrict, suspend, or revoke access for violations of these requirements.
Model services and provenance
SENDFU services may include separately identified SENDFU-developed fine-tuned model variants and managed services for third-party base models. Each model service is subject to its applicable source, rights status, serving method, availability, content policy, and service terms. SENDFU does not claim ownership of third-party base-model weights unless expressly stated in the relevant model documentation.
Model output
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers remain responsible for review and for determining whether outputs are appropriate for their use case.
